Between The Beers

Above Average Thoughts From An Average Guy

ESPN Just Banned Me From Posting Comments For The Next 24 Hours

How rude!

For all of you who have made it to the site in the past month or so, you may have noticed we tend to draw clicks by mooching off ESPN.com; posting our stories within their comments section to lore those looking for a different take on the same ‘ole stories.

Well apparently ESPN has grown aware of our inner practices.

I am not going to deny my actions.  It’s not like I am spamming links telling users they can save a ton of money by switching their car insurance to Geico.  I am merely providing the connoisseurs of sports medium more choices, kind of like our forefathers did when they pointed to the US on a map and said to their fellow blokes, “Go there if you hate paying taxes.”

Yea, so Between the Beers is basically an early version of the USA; a treasure trove of goodies just waiting to be explored and conquered by rich white dudes who don’t like to share.  Except here at BtB, we accept all people who hate to share.

So if you hate censorship and dictators then come make a name for yourself here.

And in the meantime, spread the good word by posting any links you do like on the site, as I am incapable of doing so for the next 23 hours.

Well at least this will allow you 23 hours to focus solely on Craigslist scalping.

Cool! ESPN.com being threatened by us is like a Walmart worrying about the mom and pop store that just opened down the street.

Heya! I just wanted to ask if you ever have any problems with hackers?

My last blog (wordpress) was hacked and I ended up losing several weeks of hard work due to no back up.
Do you have any solutions to prevent hackers?
